Another Boston's executive chef team proudly presents you authentic mesmerizing 'Nanyang' (South East Asian) Cuisines. With the wide variety of cuisines available, it will sure tighten the bond between Malaysian and fellow compatriots from China.

After a year's long of preparation, Another Boston first flagship store is opening in Beijing, China. We are proud to present over 10 Main categories of "Nanyang" and Malaysian cuisines in Another Boston restaurant, ready to satisfy your taste buds.

Another Boston is also planning to expand our businesses to different districts of China, including Shanghai, Fuzhou, Guangzhou and Chongqing district in the near future. Rest assured not far from now, fellow compatriots in China will be able to experience the taste of 'Nanyang' Cuisine in every corner of the street nearby you!
 
Vision
Our main mission to expand our Malaysian restaurant chain to the Mainland of China is to introduce the uniqueness and distinctively of Malaysian culinary arts and cuisines to the doorsteps of fellow China compatriots!

You may find lots Malaysian and 'Nanyang' food throughout Mainland China or even in other parts of the world, but none of them is as original and authentic as what Another Boston and our Executive Chef team has to offer.

The unique preparation and cooking style of Malaysian Cuisine is not easy to master, and our trained personals are here to offer you the finest "Nanyang" dining experience.


A Brief History Of Malaysian Cuisine

Our Chinese and Indian ancestors started the migrating trend a few hundred years ago to a foreign land known back then as 'Malaya'. 'Malaya' is situated in a strategic location, in between the straits of Malacca and South China Sea, which is also the epicenter of all international trading activities back then. Many of our ancestors that came here for different purposes, but finally, they decided to lay their roots on this land, therefore now we are proud of having a unique demographic portfolio today.

Our ancestors didn't leave behind their roots when they settled down in this foreign land, they brought over too their unique cultures and traditions, not to mention their culinary arts skills, such precious treasure that paved a foundation to make Malaysia world renowned with its Fusion Cuisine.

The land of Malaysia today, is proudly a multiracial country located in South East Asia. Our country consists of 3 major races which are formed by Malay's, Chinese and Indians, besides that, not to forget our indigenous people that ruled this native land from hundred years back. Besides having different factions of cuisines, Malaysian food culture also evolved due to the mixture of different native cultures, and therefore fusion food was born.
