- How do I apply for boston 又一城Yau Yat Seng license?

- How much is the initial license fee?
The license fee is RM100, 000 upon confirmation.
- What are the monthly maintenance fees?
The company will collect a management fee of 5% and an Advertising & Promotions fee of 3% - based on the total gross monthly sales turnover plus 5% government tax if applied.
- What are other deposit and cost involved?
Stock security deposit fee of RM 35,000 which is refundable upon termination of the licensing agreement and advanced marketing fee of RM10,000 for marketing campaign materials.
- How much is the investment for boston 又一城 Yau Yat Seng license?
It is vary and depends on the size of outlet and other factors. The estimated set up cost is between RM 550,000.00 and RM 750,000.00. The total cost will include: all equipment, the entire store fit out, the initial license fee, the stock security deposit as well as the training fee.

- What kind of operation support will I receive?

- Do I need to recruit my own staff?
No, you don’t have to. Recruitment will be done by the Management whereby interview and screening will be all conducted by our Regional Operation Manager. Nevertheless, you may recommend potential individuals to us.
- What is the renewal term for the license?
The license has to be renewed every 5 years. Privileges will be given to existing licensee.
