How much is the initial license fee? |

The license fee is RM100, 000 upon confirmation. |

What are the monthly maintenance fees? |
| |
The company will collect a royalty fee of 5% and an Advertising & Promotions fee of 3% - based on the total gross monthly sales turnover plus 6% government tax if applied. |

What are other deposit and cost involved? |
| |
Stock security deposit fee of RM 35,000 which is refundable upon termination of the licensing agreement and advanced marketing fee of RM10, 000 for marketing campaign materials. |

How much is the investment for Boston Restaurant license? |

It is vary and depends on the size of outlet and other factors. The estimated set up cost is between RM 550,000.00 and RM 750,000.00. The total cost will include: all equipment, the entire store fit out, the initial license fee, the stock security deposit as well as the training fee. |

Do I need to choose a location before submitting my application? |

Yes, you will need to propose the location enclosed with your application form of where you intend to operate Boston Restaurant concept restaurant outlet. The management will evaluate the suitability of the proposed location based on a set of criteria. |

What considerations and size specifications are required for Boston Restaurant outlet? |
| |
For shop lot, better consideration will be given shall you propose a corner lot with a minimum of 2,500 square feet. Meanwhile, the minimum build-up in a commercial building shall not be less than 1,500 square feet. |

Licensees' team must complete the Boston Restaurant Operation & Management Analysis program. |

What kind of operation support will I receive? |

It depends on the outlet size. For one of 2,500 sq. ft., you will need two supervisors, one manager, four kitchen staffs, two bartenders, and four full / part time floor staff. |

Do I need to recruit my own staff? |

No, you don't have to. Recruitment will be done by the Management whereby interview and screening will be all conducted by our Regional Operation Manager. Nevertheless, you may recommend potential individuals to us. |

What is the renewal term for the license? |
| |
The license has to be renewed every 5 years. Privileges will be given to existing licensee. |
